When employees are satisfied, they tend to engage more in the work place because they know they are cared for and that their contributions to the company are appreciated. An observation made is that, because of management's consideration and care towards their employees, employees are happier when they go to work, they are at work on time and they knock off the same time. One would find that in most companies, there is a top-down approach where messages are passed on in a levels-routine, by the time the messages that is being communicated reaches its final destination, it has either lost its meaning or a lot as gone wrong because of the delay. Not everyone is patient to wait for feedback that could possibly take days to be received.
