Ever heard of the saying  charity begins at home? well most companies fail to realise that they need to have happy employees in order to increase productivity. Swagefast as the largest fastening systems supplier in South Africa care about their employees' well being. Employees are provided with all the necessary working gear, tools and equipment's in order to complete their duties. when a company provides its employees with relevant working tools, the employees have no excuse not to complete the job and they are much happier because they do not lack the necessary equipment's to complete their duties. Just as the end product is satisfactory and of great value to the end market, the hearts of those who manufactured the products are also in place.
 
When employees are satisfied, they tend to engage more in the work place because they know they are cared for and that their contributions to the company are appreciated. At Swagefast everyone has a voice to contribute their ideas into the development and progression of the company, this is as a result of the understanding and engaging senior management who relate well to employees at all levels. There are no communication barriers that leave employees feeling inferior and unnoticed, instead everyone is allowed to reach out to senior management and communicate their thoughts, contributions and ideas.
 
An observation made is that, because of management's consideration and care towards their employees, employees are happier when they go to work, they are at work on time and they knock off the same time. One would find that in most companies, there is a top-down approach where messages are passed on in a levels-routine, by the time the messages that is being communicated reaches its final destination, it has either lost its meaning or a lot as gone wrong because of the delay. Not everyone is patient to wait for feedback that could possibly take days to be received. Swagefast employees have no barriers and everyone is free to approach everyone at any given time to communicate their message.
