HY TTM WEDGE

 

 

The wedge-belt is a narrow cross-sectioned belt that distributes stresses more uniformly over tension members to deliver more consistent and reliable power transmission.

• Equal horsepower can be generated with smaller, lighter belts (compared to classical style belts)

THE NEOTHANE BELT RANGE

 

 

The neothane belt range is a specialty belt for specific types of machines and equipment that require a light, abrasion resistant, smooth operating, smaller V-belt.

Features & Benefits:

• Ribbed top for transverse rigidity, flexibility and cool running conditions
• Narrow top width for use on narrow, small diameter sheaves
• Cords are resistant to shrinkage or stretch, providing for greater strength
• Specialised compounding for firmer grip
• High resistance to oil, heat, abrasion, ozone and fatigue
• Smooth machined sides for quiet running and vibration-free operation

OPEN-END V

The classical cross section belt lengths are ideal for problem applications and emergency belt replacements where drives are difficult to access or disassemble.

• Solution for applications where endless V-belts are difficult or impossible to install
• Ideal for emergencies when endless belts are not readily available
• For use in standard RMA sheaves
• Not to exceed 3500 FPM
• Not suitable as a permanent replacement if standard belts can be installed
• Horsepower ratings are approximately 30% of standard belts

TORQUE FLEX 

The flex torque belt range is a classic profile belt with fully moulded cogs, delivering increased HP over traditional classical belts. Designed for tough, small sheave diameter, high tension drives.

Raw rubber contact edges ensure increased HP ratings

Cogs allow for greater flexibility and heat dissipation

High strength, high horsepower capacity means fewer belt sheave grooves to deliver the same amount of horsepower
